Dexter Ralls, Owner, Field Operations

Dexter has been in the construction industry for 20 years.  He has earned several certifications, is a WABO certified welder, and has been recognized nationally for his welding.  Dexter is experienced in wood and steel framing, carpentry, and many other areas of construction.

Oscar Zaragoza Godinez, Superintendent

Oscar has many years of experience in the construction industry.  He has done it all, building from the ground up.  Oscar is very proficient at running the job site, hiring the right people for the job, and making sure we are on schedule.
